Thank you for your purchase from Inner Alchemy. Our handcrafted products are handmade with love and care and we stand behind our products. Returned product must be new and unused for a full refund. Custom orders, discontinued or final sales are not returnable. Please note all skincare products and ingestable products are not returnable. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Please insure your returns as we can't be responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit. For online purchases, return authorization is required prior to shipping your return. Please fill out this form and a return authorization number will be issued to you via email.
